What a year we are having at Adecyn Homes. All our children and young people and team members are pulling their ways forward and showing great potential.
This April we have had some great candidates and Oak Lodge and Ashton took this month’s title. It is great to see the hard work that she and all the Oak Lodge team are doing with the young person.
Ashton, would you like to say something:
“Since beginning my journey with Adecyn homes I have thoroughly enjoyed taking on new challenges. The support I have received has been great!
The most rewarding part of my role is seeing the progress that the young people make and knowing that everyone has played a part in making the progress happen.
No two days are the same when working in residential but, I like to make each day fun! I like to get everyone being active in the garden doing games, visiting the park, and going for local walks.
I like working with young people because I like to share fun experiences and ensure that their experience with Adecyn homes is a one to remember for all the positive relationships built and fun memories made.”
