Yes, I know what our readers are going to say; “But you have Employee of the month and Young people of the month”, but for March we wanted to change the standards. We wanted to show recognition to all the hard work all our homes are doing to help our children and young people develop as their grow within their lives but also with Adecyn Homes.
Dimsdale Lodge have being going the extra mile, not only for the children and young people, but also for each other. Helping each other to develop into a strong team unit which has strengthened Adecyn Homes.
