The Team
combined experience of over 20 years’ working with Children and Young People in the care sector
Adecyn Homes revolves around a concept in which the Organisation’s Senior Management and Registered Managers are completely invested in aiding and supporting its Homes, the team members and our children and young people to ensure that the best care, welfare, safety, and security is provided.

Directors
We have a combined experience of over 20 years’ working with Children and Young People in the care sector. Leading by example, we actively incorporate these values as the foundation for Adecyn Homes. Our primarily responsibility is to implement a strategy that will ensure that the needs of the staff, children and young people are effectively met.
We work closely with local authorities, agencies and professional bodies which has helped us develop outstanding knowledge of childcare legislation underpinning the core principals of the 9 quality standards.
Included within our team, is a designated CPI Safety Intervention trainer who has obtained extensive knowledge at the highest level of financial and management systems by achieving post graduate certificate in Management.
Responsive Individual
“Our Responsible individual work closely with the directors to ensure that there is an understanding of both effective practice in responding to the needs of looked-after children and local authority care planning duties required for residential homes.
Jowaine is the new Responsible Individual for Adecyn Homes. Jowaine has over 13 years’ experience in the residential care industry, but prior to this he worked within a school as a primary school teacher. From 2007, after entering the residential care sector Jowaine has worked his way up from residential Care Worker to Operational & Responsible individual roles. Jowaine has completed his level 3 & 5 diplomas in Health and Social Care and Leadership and Management and during his experience within the sector has managed to improve Ofsted ratings of home that he was overseeing, within Advanced Childcare, Beacon Childcare, and even with Adecyn Homes, prior to 2022. Jowaine initially joined Adecyn Homes in 2017 as a registered manager and worked his way up to the Responsible Individual and Operations Manager. In 2020, Jowaine left to use his experience and knowledge of managing and opening homes, to become a Reg 44 inspector where he was able to support a number of different organisation, before looking to re-join Adecyn Homes from October 2022.
Adecyn Homes is looking to help shape a new and brighter future for all our children and young people.”
